Rose Water - NO-MU-BA-RA Inner Fragrance

哈哈.....較早前響網路上見倒哩隻NO-MU-BA-RA Inner Fragrance.....話連紀香丶菜菜子都選用.....用後可令身體散發芬芳同去除口氣......我幾個月前已經好想就哩個 topic而寫一篇post.....但又遲遲都未願郁.....就趁今日有d時間.....寫吓我個人嘅睇法.....

基本上.....飲用花水對我來講並唔係新奇嘅事......因為我第一次飲花水係返返去1994年.....我自己係從1992年開始正式學習Aromatherapy.....亦跟隨過幾位老師學習香薰療法.....但一路以來所學習嘅都係以外用為主......直至1994年.....我跟隨一個澳洲籍嘅老師.....當時有一part係學習Aromatology/ Aromatic Medicine嘅.....除咗要高劑量使用Essential Oil之外.....仲要唔係只係外用......亦會內服.....

第一次老師叫我響水中加入精油飲嘅時候.....我真係覺得唔知點咁.....但後來每日上堂.....朝9晚6嘅whole day class......你都冇話唔飲水架.....通常每日老師都會問我.....你今日加咗d咩嚟飲.....Esentials Oil 定 Hydrosol.....揀咗邊隻.....點解揀哩隻.....

其實響我上堂嘅時候.....我成日都揀住嗰3幾隻......老師問我點解......我通常都答佢......我今日要relax丶我今日要detox丶我今日要refresh......

哈哈.....坦白講......其實有好多味道我都唔係特別鍾意......我就揀幾隻比較okay嘅就算.....不過如果當你響身體有問題時....你又識得選擇一d相對嘅Essential Oil/ 或 Hydrosol去內服.....其實真係可以舒緩你當時嘅問題嘅.....尤其是係傷風丶感冒丶鼻塞丶喉嚨痛又或是係胃脹.....但我而家響哩度就唔多講嘞.....始終我唔係響度推介你哋內服.....有需要嘅朋友應該搵專業人仕提供意見.....因為其實內服Essential Oil都幾危險架.....始終Essential Oil濃度好高.....相反Hydrosol就安全得多.....但都要少心選擇同要適量地稀釋過嘅先可以飲用嘅......

講講吓.....不如再講吓我利用Essential Oil同Hydrosol去烹調食物呀.....響1995年.....幫我訂E Oil嘅德國朋友Wolfgang介紹咗兩個德國精油界入面重要嘅朋友比我識.....係Ute Leube 同 Kurt L. Nübling.....從同佢哋傾偈當中.....我得知響德國有一d Aromatherapy course係教你利用 Essential Oil/ Hydrosol又或者 Herbs 去加入去你嘅烹調中.....我當時覺得好interesting.....但可惜當時課程只提供德語授課.....因為唔識德語.....所以我就冇考慮去德國上堂哦.....

其實早響再之前我有試過用Hydrosol嚟烹調食物同整飲料.....但用精油入饌就真係因為聽咗
Ute Leube 同 Kurt L. Nübling兩位講咗之後先開始.....我哩個膽粗粗嘅人.....一聽完之後就自己返去攞 d Essential Oils去整 Cheese cake.....記得我第一次係用咗意大利產有機檸檬油嚟整 Lemon Cheese Cake.....成功後我叫我朋友W小姐嚟同我一齊再整.....我叫佢買嚿Cream Cheese上嚟.....佢仲買錯咗d Cottage Cheese添....哈哈.....嗰次我哋照整咗個 Lemon Cottage Cheese Cake....又Okay喎.....

再講吓Hydrosol.....其實Hydrosol就啫係蒸餾Essential Oil出嚟時嘅副產品"Floral Water".....就係香港朋友好多時當佢係Tonic Lotion用嘅Floral Water.....有人叫花水丶有人叫純露又或係精露......但坊間有好多Floral Water唔係咁純正.....你哋買嗰時要小心.....尤其是你如果想買嚟內服.....其實如果你買嘅Hydrosol係好純正.....內服 Hydrosol 比 Essential Oil已經安全好多.....但由於每個人身體狀況都唔同.....如果你又有過敏的話就要更加小心.....想試之前都係先問問專業人仕嘅意見先......Hydrosol都一樣.....係需要稀釋後先可以內服飲用.....

好多年前.....都係96年咁上下.....我試過攞d Raspberry 同 Strawberry加咗d Rose Water入去煮Jam......可惜屋企人超唔鍾意.....
妹妹話好似有d香皂味喎.....有香皂味嘅Mixed Berry Jam.....
坦白講我自己都唔係太like呀......所以之後冇再整過嘞.....

但如果你係好鍾意食Rose Petal Jam嘅.....咁你整Jam時就一定要加Rose Water嘞.....同埋如果你鍾意整 Rose Petal Syrups, Rose Pudding, Rose Water Panna Cotta, Rose Water Buttercream, Rose Water Cream Cheese, Rose Cake, Rose Macaron, Rose Petal Icecream, 又或是係Turkish Delight 咁又梗係唔可以唔加 Rose Water喇.....不過用Rose Water都要用 d high quality嘅.....

講到哩度.....不如講返網路上見倒嘅哩隻NO-MU-BA-RA Inner Fragrance.....坦白講....如果話飲完哩隻Rose water身體就會散發著淡淡嘅玫瑰香氣......我覺得有d誇張......因為我諗要飲好多先可以work......其實想身體散發玫瑰香氣好簡單.....就講只用返Rose Water.....拎個 Glass Spray bottle.....裝 d Rose Water入去用.....當Rose water 係 Body Mist又或是係Hair Spray.....咁已經可以達到效果......唔駛諗得咁複雜.....最重要係Rose Water 嘅 quality.....

What is an Aromatologist? 

In the US, Aromatologist, Aromacologist, Aomatherapist and Aromatherapy practitioner seem to be interchangeable terms for practitioners of "English style Aromatherapy" (as it is known by the French) whereby low doses of essential oil are massaged into the skin in a suitable carrier oil. 

In the UK an Aromatologist is a practitioner of Aromatic medicine, meaning that they use essential oils to treat clients in far higher doses than is usual with an Aromatherapy practitionerAromatherapist
 
In France and German, an AromatologistClinical AromatherapistMedical Aromatherapist needs to be able to understand the chemical composition of essential oils and blend the oils to ensure their safe and effective application at high doses (sometimes internally) and, for this reason, practitioners often have a clinical background. 

It is important to point out that essential oils can be dangerous if used incorrectly and they should NEVER be used neat or internally without thorough training. 

The training is technically and academically challenging, but the discipline still centres very much on the holistic treatment of a presenting client. 

In order to begin training as an aromatologist, an aromatherapist must have been a full time practicing aromatherapist for two years or more and be able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge about the essential oils themselves, by holding a recognised qualification and completing a course on the Chemistry of essential oils. 

Aromatology is very effective in treating a wide range of conditions, although as yet relatively unknown in the UK. It is widely practiced in France where one must be aQualified Medical Doctor to undergo the training.
